Job Summary
Manage multiple flat roofing and SMARTCOAT restoration projects across multiple states by overseeing foremen and field crews. Control project budgets to protect profit margins while creating schedules and coordinating material ordering and jobsite logistics. Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications through quality control inspections and enforce OSHA safety standards. Handle change orders and billing documentation, then complete project closeout and warranty documentation. Requires 5+ years in commercial flat roofing with knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, and coating systems. Salary ranges from $90K-$120K BOE with health benefits, 401K, and a performance bonus.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in commercial flat roofing
- Strong knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen and coating systems
- Strong budgeting and cost-control ability
- Ability to travel extensively
Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing multi-state projects preferred
- OSHA 30 preferred
