Job Summary
Project Manager responsible for executing multiple high-visibility, high-risk, and complex projects in collaboration with other Departments and Divisions. Lead project teams, create and maintain project plans, develop project charter and business case, RAID log, communications plan, requirements traceability matrix, project metrics, and identify gaps/risks. Communicate status to stakeholders and senior management; collaborate on Digital Enterprise Transformation projects with the Business Transformation Office. Provide leadership to vertical teams for feasibility evaluation, business-case development, prioritization, and resource utilization from inception to post-deployment closeout. Drive Continuous Improvement and contribute to maturing the SPMO, building relationships and negotiating in a matrixed environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business management or computer science
- PMP Certification
- At least 8 years of experience managing complex, high-visibility projects in a matrixed environment
- US Citizenship is required
