Job Summary
Project Manager for janitorial and facility cleaning operations across Alabama and Georgia. Lead Supervisors, ensure high levels of customer service at each location, and manage day-to-day operations, inspections, quality control, inventory, and equipment repairs. Develop and implement solutions to meet customer specifications and contract requirements; effectively lead and manage staff and insure compliance. Requires 1-3 years of leadership experience, strong communication and supervisory skills, flexibility to work various shifts, and valid driver’s license with travel between accounts. Reports to Operations Manager; location in Birmingham, AL. Salary range $35,000–$45,000 per year. Must pass E-Verify, background, and MVR checks.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of janitorial or related management and customer service experience
- Must possess a valid state driver’s license
- Reliable transportation for travel between accounts
- Ability to work flexible hours and be available for any shift required by the customer
