Job Summary
Manage project scope, cost, schedule, and risks while facilitating client meetings to define business goals and solution expectations. Lead teams through iterative development, coordinate with technical leads to ensure high-quality delivery, and oversee go-live execution. Develop project plans, work breakdown structures, and change orders; facilitate UAT and agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives. Document user stories, technical requirements, and system analysis to support knowledge transfer. Identify new business opportunities and manage multiple simultaneous projects to deliver on-time solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Project Management experience on projects developing software applications
- Experience running an engagement on the Microsoft technology platform
- Knowledge of MS Office Tools
- Knowledge of project tracking applications such as MS Project
- Knowledge of SmartSheets
- Knowledge of SharePoint
- Knowledge of Jira
- Knowledge of Confluence
- Knowledge of Planner
- Experience with taking an iterative approach to complete project-based work
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to push back when necessary
- Ability to raise your hand for help
- Ability to be organized at all times
- Ability to clearly define tasks and timelines within a given project
- Ability to track, analyze, and modify tasks as needed
- Ability to communicate status and provide positive feedback on delegation and design of projects
- Ability to partner with team members and clients for successful outcomes
- Experience with Project Management in a Professional Services organization

- PMI/Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
