Project Manager- Millwright Services

Oversees lifting, rigging, and heavy-transport projects from planning through execution. Develop lift plans, schedules, and work scopes for crane and rigging operations; coordinate labor, equipment, and logistics to ensure safe and efficient execution. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams; provide updates, manage expectations, and resolve issues. Enforce OSHA and company safety standards; review lift plans, conduct job hazard analyses (JHAs), and ensure compliance with regulatory and site-specific requirements. Estimate project costs, track expenses, and manage budgets; approve invoices and monitor profitability. Coordinate crane operators, riggers, trucking, and specialized equipment to minimize downtime. Maintain project records including permits, lift drawings, inspection logs, and daily reports.
