Project Manager - Midstream

Job Summary
Identify, bid, and execute midstream projects across facility types by working directly with clients and contractors during the bid phase, including responding to RFIs and providing technical support. Manage engineering execution during construction with technical construction management support, coordinate QA/QC for engineering packages, and compile complete engineering document packages. Lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers and designers on medium-sized projects and larger programs while maintaining clear communication across internal teams, clients, and external partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Texas or reciprocal states, or ability to obtain licensure within one year
- 4–8 years of experience managing multidisciplinary engineering projects in the oil and gas sector
- Experience with midstream facilities and installations
- Familiarity with P&IDs, PFDs, facility site planning, equipment specification and procurement, and construction package assembly
- Strong interpersonal, written, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project
- Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships
- Experience managing and mentoring engineering and design staff
Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing both stand-alone midstream projects and larger program-level work
- Hands-on involvement in QA/QC processes for complex engineering deliverables
- Comfort working in client-facing environments and supporting business development efforts
