Project Manager (Mid-Level)

Job Summary
Mid-level Project Manager to support the delivery of complex digital projects across content creation and educational solutions. You will work with senior project managers to manage project execution, coordinate across teams (Graphic and Motion Design, Development, Learning Design), monitor milestones, escalate blockers, and maintain project documentation. Responsibilities include client and stakeholder communications, status updates, change requests, risk and dependency identification, and providing dashboards and delivery reports to support continuous improvement of project delivery practices.
Required Qualifications
- 3–4 years' proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in digital, ed-tech, consulting, or similar environments
- Degree in a relevant field, ideally with a focus on project management
- Hands-on expertise with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, or similar)
- Strong analytical mindset; ability to use data and metrics to inform decisions and reporting
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with diverse stakeholders and complex dependencies
- Good to have: Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, or PMP)
- Experience managing translation or localization projects
- Exposure to multi-stakeholder client environments or consulting delivery models
- Must be eligible for employment in South Africa
