Job Summary
Lead educational construction projects from preconstruction through occupancy, directing planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution; coordinate with Owners, school districts, architects, engineers, consultants, and field leadership to ensure safe, on-time, within-budget delivery and the highest quality standards; manage budgets, forecasts, subcontractor/pay applications, and project documentation; oversee RFIs, submittals, and procurement schedules; lead project meetings and coordinate office-to-field activities; build strong relationships with district personnel and ownership groups while ensuring client expectations are exceeded; utilize Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project for project controls and reporting; demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities; drive successful project turnover and closeout; relocation assistance is available.
