Job Summary
Project Manager to lead ground-up multifamily construction projects in Las Vegas; responsibilities include leading project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution; coordinating with superintendents, owners, architects, engineers, and consultants; ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and quality; managing budgets, forecasts, subcontractor agreements, change orders, and owner billings; preparing monthly financial reports; leading owner/architect/subcontractor meetings; managing RFIs, submittals, procurement schedules, and project documentation; fostering strong owner and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
- Multifamily construction experience strongly preferred
- Experience managing ground-up apartment, mixed-use, student housing, senior living, or multifamily projects
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, budgets, schedules, and project controls
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar software
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
