Job Summary
Lead all phases of a landmark Reno arena construction project, overseeing planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution; manage contracts, subcontracts, and change orders; coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, and field leadership to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and profitability; drive client relations and project documentation; monitor financial performance and prepare monthly reports; utilize Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Primavera P6; provide strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to guide cross-functional teams toward on-time delivery of a high-profile venue.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
- Experience managing large-scale commercial projects for a General Contractor
- Arena, stadium, hospitality, casino, convention center, airport, healthcare, or other complex commercial project experience strongly preferred
- Experience managing projects valued at $50M+ preferred
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar construction management software
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
