Job Summary
Gather essential business process requirements from prospective and current clients while translating non-technical Statements of Work into complex Laserfiche configurations. Handle multiple ongoing engagements by serving as the central point of communication between the project team, management, clients, and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction. Maintain records of daily communication transactions, problems, and remedial actions, while consistently tracking time spent on billable and non-billable activities. This role involves up to 25% travel and requires experience with Enterprise Content Management solutions and Microsoft Project.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with client facing projects
- Experience with Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Document Management Systems
- Demonstrated ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong business analytical skills, including requirements gathering and scope definition
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to understand and interpret business & technical details and translate them into a viable statement of work and project plan
- Familiarity with project budgets
- Troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
- High level of organization, superior prioritization, and time management skills
- Information Technology related Degree, or equivalent experience
- Minimum two years of IT Project Management experience
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and typical Windows troubleshooting
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software, including applications and programming
- General working knowledge with SQL
- Knowledge of typical State and Local Government processes
- Experience with Microsoft Project and/or similar Project Management applications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- This position has up to 25% travel
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with client facing projects, public sector a plus!
- Experience with Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Document Management Systems, strongly preferred
- Experience with Permitting and Licensing processes and applications strongly preferred
