Project Manager

Project Manager to join the engineering team in Dartmouth, NS. Full-time role reporting to the Director of Engineering. Lead cross-functional technical teams through multiple engineering development projects and guide contracting processes, including proposal, estimating, contract negotiations, and execution. Manage project performance—timelines, cost, risk, and all contractual commitments—and ensure Gate Reviews and Project Plans accurately reflect project health. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and management, and drive documentation, budgeting, and resource management. Required and desirable qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, 5+ years in engineering/project management, and PMP or similar certification as an asset.
