Project Manager - MEP (m/f/d) - Industrial Construction Projects

Job Summary
Manage overall project cost, schedule, and budgets for complex industrial construction projects. Lead General Contractors and directly contracted vendors while analyzing critical milestone activities to prevent schedule slips. Run client meetings, advocate for the client during disputes and change orders, and support engineering decisions regarding design-build modifications. Oversee building operations transfer, including close-out documentation and warranties. Monitor construction cost factors and report data to inform budget adjustments. Requires a degree in electrical or civil engineering, fluent German and English, and proven experience managing large-scale MEP programs.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in electrical or civil engineering, architecture, or a related discipline
- Professional experience in the relevant fields, including strong MEP expertise and industrial construction
- Proven experience in leading or co‐managing complex large‐scale projects and programmes
- Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Confident use of MS Office applications and spreadsheet tools
