Project Manager -MEP

Oversee end-to-end MEP project execution in construction, coordinating HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection works on site; manage site engineers, supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors; ensure work aligns with drawings, specifications, QA/QC standards, and safety regulations; monitor budgets, procurement, and progress, approve work for billing, and drive timely handovers; lead planning, look-ahead schedules, and cross-discipline coordination with consultants, clients, and main contractors; ensure testing, commissioning, documentation, and compliance with authority requirements; strong skills in project management, leadership, interpretation of technical drawings, coordination, and effective communication.
