Job Summary
Lead and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works throughout the project lifecycle, developing schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants while ensuring systems meet design specifications and client requirements. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to maintain programme objectives. Manage procurement, oversee testing and commissioning, and handle reporting, change control, and stakeholder communications. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards while driving continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with CSA, Design, Commissioning, and Commercial teams to deliver high-quality solutions in data centre, energy, and defence sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering MEP packages on large scale construction projects
- Degree or qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire protection, and building services systems
- Experience managing subcontractors, procurement activities, budgets, and project programmes
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, project controls, and commissioning processes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent Spanish and professional English
- Proficiency in project planning and reporting tools
