Job Summary
Prepare agendas, develop and maintain master project budgets and timelines, and keep building management apprised of progress at all times. Coordinate project reports and drawing reviews for clients and property teams across conceptual, schematic, and construction phases. Assist in consultant selection, contracting, and oversight while reviewing requisitions, change orders, and invoices to confer with clients on costs and impacts. Support service marketing as requested and adhere to corporate, building, and client policies. Report major problems and findings to immediate supervisors with recommendations and obtain approvals for organizational changes exceeding approved budgets. Maintain high performance standards and keep up to date in MEP design engineering management.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. Degree in Engineering, Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role
- Minimum of 5 years project management experience
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity
- Experience in leading, motivating, and developing employees
- MEP Design Engineering Management Experience
