Job Summary
Project Manager for MEP/design and construction supporting technology-focused real estate and infrastructure initiatives in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will serve as a key liaison between clients and project teams, manage planning, design, and construction activities, coordinate procurement of design and consultant services, support contract development and administration, develop and monitor budgets and schedules, review technical documents, facilitate project meetings, identify risks, and support value engineering and project closeout. Requires 5+ years of project management experience in related fields, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, procurement, contracts, and stakeholder management. The role is hybrid and based in San Francisco, CA, with responsibilities spanning client collaboration, team coordination, and delivery of complex technology and infrastructure projects from design through occupancy.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in development, real estate, design, construction, or project management
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Urban Planning, Real Estate, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage projects and consistently meet or exceed client expectations and deadlines
- Strong understanding of design and construction processes, project controls, documentation, and sequencing
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and reporting tools
- Ability to interpret architectural, engineering, and construction documentation
- Strong communication and relationship management skills with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Experience supporting procurement, contracts, and consultant coordination
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
