Job Summary
Lead end-to-end management of MEP projects from design review through execution, commissioning, and handover. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, resource plans, risk registers, and stakeholder communications while coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors. Monitor construction progress, quality standards, safety compliance, and contractual obligations, proactively resolving project challenges. Review MEP designs, technical specifications, shop drawings, and commissioning plans to ensure adherence to requirements and industry best practices. Drive project governance through regular progress reviews, reporting, forecasting, and performance management of teams and contractors. Requires 14-18 years of proven experience in MEP project management within commercial real estate, hospitality, healthcare, industrial, data center, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 14-18 years of proven experience in MEP project management within commercial real estate, hospitality, healthcare, industrial, data center, or large-scale infrastructure projects
- Strong expertise in HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection systems, building management systems, and integrated project delivery
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, large budgets, contractors, consultants, and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, commercial acumen, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
