Job Summary
Project Manager (MEP) to coordinate between MEP personnel, client(s), and external stakeholders on federal construction projects. Responsible for oversight of planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, installation, commissioning, and design/spec reviews; lead teams of MEP specialists and maintain strong client communication. Required: Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, 8+ years PM experience. Preferred: CCM, PMP, and/or PE. Works on projects for DoD, GSA, NIH, and other federal/state/local agencies. Relocation assistance available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering
- 8+ years Project Management experience
- Experience with MEP systems, processes, and materials; oversight of installation, commissioning, design/spec reviews
- Experience leading teams of MEP specialists, estimators, schedulers with a proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, stakeholders, and team members
