Job Summary
Lead end-to-end enterprise initiatives for hospital- and physician-based entities, directing onboarding and technology-led transformations by translating priorities into plans with owners, milestones, and success metrics. Standardize execution tools, processes, and reporting; turn data into insights; monitor health, risks, and ROI. Drive operational improvements using Lean/Kaizen/Agile/Waterfall; align stakeholders, manage scope and conflicts, and guide change management and adoption across cross-functional teams. Requires extensive experience in project/program management within healthcare revenue cycle environments and a proven ability to collaborate with executive leadership to deliver measurable business value.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Healthcare, or related field
- 10+ years of program/project management experience
- 5+ years leading complex, enterprise-level initiatives
- 5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle management or healthcare industry experience
- Experience partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks
- Experience leading geographically dispersed teams
