Job Summary
Lead cross-functional teams to execute Axonics Product Portfolio integration into client systems using agile methodologies and common divisional processes. Influence stakeholders to drive alignment, develop plans, and deliver results while prioritizing tasks and managing scope, schedule, and budget to minimize risk. Partner with diverse functions to identify resources, develop timelines, and ensure client policies are followed throughout project execution. Communicate progress and status to the Integration Lead and support the development and revision of detailed project plans, including deliverable lists and risk management strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering or Business
- 5+ years of work experience in software, product development or related field
- 5+ years Project Management experience in the Medical Device industry
- Demonstrated project management experience leading cross functional teams and managing project scope, schedule, and budget
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal written, and presentation)
- Results-oriented, positive attitude focused on delivering timely, accurate and best in class execution
- Ability to draw conclusions and make business recommendations based on cross-functional team input
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including MS Project
- Proficiency in MS SharePoint
- Ability to travel intermittently (up to 20%) to support effective team performance and collaboration
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with utilizing agile project management
- 5+ years Project Management experience managing software projects within the Medical Device field, knowledge and application of applicable software ISO and IEC standards in the project scope
- PMP Certification
