Job Summary

Lead day-to-day project delivery across multiple performance marketing projects spanning media planning & strategy, social advertising, programmatic, media and creative testing. Define clear requirements across media, creative, and strategy; build timelines and coordinate deliverables using tools like Asana, Trello, or Jira while staying within scope and budget. Act as the glue between internal teams (media, creative, analytics) and external stakeholders; support testing setup, approvals, QA processes, and performance check-ins; proactively identify blockers and propose solutions to keep work flowing. Drive continuous improvement from kickoff through reporting; support testing roadmaps and end-to-end planning; own project financials and assist with invoicing and billing with finance. Bring 2+ years of agency experience, knowledge of digital performance marketing (paid social, search, programmatic), strong communication, organization, and the ability to work independently and in a team; comfortable juggling multiple tasks across clients and teams.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of agency experience managing paid media or integrated marketing campaigns
