Project Manager – Mechanical

Job Summary
Lead mechanical building projects from assessment through delivery; conduct site reviews and HVAC/plumbing system evaluations; prepare design documents, specifications, and technical reports; contribute to building condition assessments, warranty reviews, and depreciation reports; support mechanical design consulting for existing and new buildings; develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and proposals; coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants; mentor and support junior team members; participate in client meetings and professional engagements.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in mechanical engineering with building systems exposure
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Experience in HVAC and plumbing system design for buildings
- Strong understanding of building systems, lifecycle analysis, and cost estimation
- Experience with existing buildings is an asset
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Registered or actively pursuing P.Eng. with EGBC or equivalent Canadian provincial association
