Job Summary
Lead a multi-disciplinary team to achieve project objectives by directing resources, managing budgets, and controlling timelines for new product development initiatives. Create detailed work breakdown structures, Gantt charts, and risk management plans while collaborating with global stakeholders and vendors. Define team member roles and deliverables, execute communication strategies, and monitor costs to maintain project scope and quality standards. This role requires 6.8 to 9 years of experience with at least 3 years in project management, including new product development, and involves up to 25% travel to divisions. Stryker, a global medical technology leader, drives innovation across Orthopaedics, Medical, Surgical, and Neurotechnology sectors to improve patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BE/B.Tech/ME/M. Tech in any Technical Engineering, preferably
- 6.8 years - 9 years experience
- minimum 3+ years of project management exp
- New product development experience
- Should be ready to travel to divisions as required
- Travel – up to 25%
