Project Manager - Mechanical

Job Summary
Manage all phases of mechanical construction projects, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems from preconstruction through closeout. Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts while overseeing subcontractor coordination, procurement, and contract administration. Lead project meetings and serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders to ensure safe, on-time delivery within budget. Identify and mitigate project risks, change orders, and cost impacts while ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality expectations. Collaborate with field teams to drive productivity and resolve jobsite challenges. Support project closeout, including documentation, punch lists, and final financials.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in mechanical construction
- Strong background in HVAC, plumbing, and/or piping systems
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Experience with project financials, budgeting, and cost control
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office tools
