Job Summary
Project Manager for mechanical & plumbing projects overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating turnover meetings between estimating and operations, leading kick-off meetings, liaising with drafting, project engineers, fabrication shop, and subcontractors, drafting change proposals, managing submittals and logs, ensuring on-time billings and payments, monitoring progress and safety with field teams, conducting regular project and BIM-related meetings, coordinating with purchasing and BIM departments, approving subcontractor/vendor invoices, generating RFIs, and mentoring project engineers. Requires a BS in a relevant field (preferred) and 3+ years PM experience with commercial HVAC/mechanical emphasis; strong coordination across estimating, operations, field, and BIM teams.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture is preferred
- Must have commercial HVAC mechanical experience
- Must have construction background
- Preferred 3+ years of experience in Project Management
