Job Summary
Manage commercial mechanical and plumbing construction projects from turnover through closeout, overseeing schedules, budgets, manpower plans, and financial forecasts. Lead project kickoff meetings, coordinate resources with field leadership, and partner with Superintendents, clients, and subcontractors throughout the lifecycle. Procure materials and equipment while reviewing contracts, specifications, drawings, RFIs, and change orders. Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and company standards. Approve invoices, provide financial reporting, and participate in billing meetings to support continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 3–6 years of Project Management or Project Engineer experience in mechanical or plumbing construction
- Commercial and/or industrial construction experience
- Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and project financial management
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and client relationships
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam
- Valid driver's license required
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- OSHA training is a plus
