Job Summary
The Project Manager role focuses on overseeing commercial plumbing projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery while maintaining strong relationships with contractors. The ideal candidate will possess significant project management experience in mechanical systems and excel in communication and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, G.E.D., or College degree in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred)
- Minimum of 10 years trade-related experience
- 5+ years of project management experience delivering mechanical solutions and installations in commercial construction environments with a proven track record of delivering superior performance results
- Must have a valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Comprehensive working knowledge of mechanical HVAC systems (design, operation, etc.)
- In-depth ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints and specifications
- Basic knowledge of industry standard construction accounting practices
- Ability to construct complete cost estimates on projects
- Understanding of HVAC value engineering concepts and applications
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
