Project Manager with mechanical construction focus (Spokane, WA) responsible for managing commercial mechanical projects ranging from $10K to $1M+; duties include preparing and reviewing bid documents, defining scope, bidder solicitation, ensuring adherence to criteria, monitoring labor/material costs, preparing billings, drafting subcontracts and purchase orders, ensuring quality control, negotiating changes with clients and subs, and maintaining client/architect/subcontractor relationships; needs 3+ years in mechanical engineering/construction with HVAC and plumbing system design familiarity; leadership experience in directing project objectives and keeping projects on schedule and within budget.
