Project Manager - Mechanical Construction

Project Manager for mechanical construction overseeing commercial HVAC and plumbing projects ranging from $10K to $1M+ in size. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing bid documents, drafting work breakdown structure, defining scope of work, assisting bidder solicitation, establishing project requirements, monitoring labor/material costs via the job cost tracking system, preparing billings, writing and negotiating contracts and subcontracts, managing project development, quality control, and changes to scope with clients and subcontractors, and closing the project. Requires 3+ years of experience in HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial construction; leadership experience and strong networking with clients and architects/subcontractors; adaptable and collaborative within a team environment.
