Job Summary
Project Manager - Mechanical with cleanroom/warehouse focus, leading planning, scheduling, budget monitoring, change control, and governance to deliver industrial/semi-conductor projects. Responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, maintaining budgets in collaboration with the project quantity surveyor team, leading cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective stakeholder communications, preparing formal progress reports, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, health and environmental standards. Requires a Mechanical Engineering degree and at least 5 years of PM experience on construction-type projects; must demonstrate ability to manage client engagements and capture learnings in internal knowledge systems.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing industrial / semiconductor projects
- Strong knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques
- Proven experience leading small to medium-sized construction projects of low to medium complexity
