Project Manager

Lead the project team in construction of the entire Project, providing effective leadership to staff and ensuring quality and timely completion. Assist in developing the project chart of accounts, site logistics plan, and bidding projects while maintaining a thorough understanding of the McCarthy/Owner contract. Oversee the pay request process, job cost report, and total cost projection reports, and ensure implementation of safety, EEO, and Affirmative Action programs. Train and monitor progress of all project labor and staff, review material and equipment needs, and develop project close-out processes. Maintain relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and owners to represent core values. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering and 7+ years of experience in healthcare, aviation, municipal, education, or parking structures construction.
