Job Summary
Plan and manage MAC jobs by obtaining resources, scheduling work, and overseeing Planner Board management. Coordinate procurement requests, submit billing requests, and create NCCO quotes for NetSuite approval. Conduct kickoff calls, forecast job scheduling with a four-week lookahead, and manage job-related communications. Complete project closeout documentation, update systems, and hand off projects to Service while adhering to NCCO SOP guidelines. Submit procurement requests and coordinate delivery. Forecast job scheduling with a four-week lookahead based on Promise Dates. Oversee project closeout and handoff to Service.
Required Qualifications
- Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects or portions of projects and teams
- Experience with ERP systems and developing reports for management review
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams
- Travel as necessary to support company and customer needs
