Job Summary
Project Manager at MB RYONICS responsible for driving the delivery of complex, multi-faceted projects in a product-focused organization. Collaborates with Product Owners, Technical Leads, the Strategic Bid team, PMO, and R&D to translate customer requirements into actionable delivery plans. Responsibilities include planning, monitoring progress, identifying risks and issues, leading cross-functional teams, managing communications and escalations, adhering to industry standards, budgeting and change management, and pursuing process improvements and agile practices. Requires 10+ years of PM experience in tech/space, strong PM methodologies, risk/change/stakeholder management, PMP or similar certification, familiarity with PM software, and knowledge of optical communications or satellite systems.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in telecommunications, space or regulated manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Experience in risk management, change management, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to articulate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Space Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with ECSS (European Co-operation for Space Standards), Aerospace standards, space technologies and space industry trends
- Experience working in a research and development environment.
