Job Summary
Lead project management for drywall sector projects ranging from small buildouts to multi-million-dollar initiatives. Responsibilities include contract administration, procurement, subcontract awards, scheduling and costing, oversight of project quality and safety, staff leadership and mentoring, and ensuring risk mitigation. Responsibilities also encompass reviewing plans and specifications, issuing RFIs, understanding scope via Subtab sheets, managing staff on one or more projects with minimum revenues of $5 million, leading Pre-Installation meetings per site QA/QC plans, monitoring and updating schedules, maintaining positive trade-partner relationships, and ensuring overall project execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related curriculum or equivalent work experience.
