Job Summary
Lead pre-construction planning for FTTH deployments by coordinating engineering design, managing permitting strategies with local jurisdictions, and supporting contractor selection. Build and maintain project schedules, identify construction risks, and ensure full readiness of designs, permits, and materials before handoff to construction teams. Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders to drive successful execution across assigned markets. This role requires 5+ years in telecommunications infrastructure and proficiency in mapping tools, with a focus on enabling last-mile fiber standardization.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in telecommunications or utility infrastructure
- Valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in FTTH planning, permitting, and estimating preferred
- Strong knowledge of OSP construction methods (aerial and underground)
- Familiarity with municipal permitting and right-of-way coordination
- Strong financial, analytical, and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mapping tools
