Job Summary
Plan and lead projects from start to finish, aligning expectations between clients and internal teams while coordinating designers, developers, and testers to deliver top-quality results. Be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication, and track progress, budgets, and timelines while maintaining close oversight of quality and scope. Identify opportunities to improve processes and maintain clear project documentation across all parties. Build long-term relationships based on trust and reliability, and anticipate challenges to act before they become problems. Requires 4+ years of experience managing projects in IT or client-oriented environments with proficiency in tools like Linear, Trello, or Jira. Flexible working hours from 8 to 10 AM, with competitive salary plus performance-based bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience managing projects in IT, sales, marketing, communications, or other client-oriented environments
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and spoken English
- A solutions-driven mindset, you anticipate challenges and act before they become problems
- Confidence in leading meetings, managing clients, and coordinating cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Familiarity with project management tools (Linear, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Jira, or similar)
- A natural ability to motivate, support, and guide people towards shared goals
