Job Summary
Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and governance of IT & OT projects across Sitargunj, Hosur, and Mysore factories, defining milestones, resource needs, and vendor deliverables. Own remediation of ITGC, cybersecurity, and audit observations while driving rollout of digital tools including backup platforms, gate pass systems, and asset tracking solutions. Act as the single point of contact for plant leadership, Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure operational readiness and solution adoption. Manage and mentor two on-ground IT/OT support engineers and oversee external vendors for contract finalization and delivery quality. Collaborate with corporate IT/OT teams to remove execution roadblocks and validate performance through structured UAT and post-go-live reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Automation, Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field
- 6–9 years of experience in Manufacturing IT, OT, Automation, or Digital Transformation roles
- Proven track record of managing multi-site technology projects end-to-end
- Experience working with OT environments: PLCs, SCADA, DCS, industrial networks
- Strong understanding of ITGC, OT cybersecurity frameworks, audit controls, and regulatory compliance
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience
- Knowledge of OT protocols, industrial networks, and cybersecurity best practices
- Familiarity with SAP, ServiceNow, ITSM processes, and digital factory tools
- Understanding of MES/SCADA integrations, data flows, and system architectures
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- High ownership mindset and urgency in execution
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making ability
- Ability to influence stakeholders across factory and corporate teams
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to travel 20–40% to Sitargunj, Hosur, and Mysore based on project needs
Desired Qualifications
- Project Management certifications (PMP/Prince2/Agile) preferred
