Job Summary
Project Manager responsible for planning, monitoring, documenting, and improving execution of new product development projects at Arrowhead Winch with a primary focus on applying Agile principles (Scrum, Kanban). Coordinate with groups to drive projects to completion, facilitate Agile ceremonies, provide clear written status reports and stakeholder presentations, obtain phase-gate approvals, manage timelines/backlogs, ensure documentation accuracy, drive continuous improvement, monitor costs vs. budget, and maintain ISO procedures. Occasional travel is required; on-site, office-based role in Broken Arrow, OK.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- 2+ years of project management experience
- Experience leading Agile project teams in a product development environment
- Occasional travel may be required
