Job Summary
Service Transition & Project Manager role leading end-to-end IT project delivery and transition activities from implementation through to operational handover within Version 1's central PMO. Responsible for governance, change management, readiness criteria, and ensuring go-live readiness across multi-supplier environments. Build trusted relationships with technical, operational and business stakeholders; contribute to bids and pre-sales; and ensure documentation, risk, issues, and dependencies are managed throughout the project lifecycle. Requires 8-10+ years' IT service delivery experience, ITIL-based practices, and proficiency with Waterfall/Agile/hybrid methodologies. Travel to offices and customer sites as required. Flexible/remote working with hybrid arrangements in London.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8-10 years experience in service transition, project delivery, change management, or similar roles within IT service environments.
- Strong experience delivering IT projects within complex, multi-supplier and fast-moving environments.
- Solid understanding of ITIL principles, service transition practices and project management frameworks (ITIL and PMP/PRINCE2 certifications).
- Able to travel to the office and other sites when required.
