Job Summary
Specialist Project Manager for Managed Device Services (MDS) drives deployment and transition of managed device environments, ensuring alignment to contractual scope, timeline, and quality. Responsibilities include deploying across HP’s MSD lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional and multi-vendor teams, applying HP methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid), supporting customer engagement, governance, risk and financial tracking, and partnering with HP and customer organizations to deliver end-to-end service delivery and operational handover.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field—or equivalent experience
- 3–5+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or related technical fields
- PMP (or working toward certification)
- Agile/Scrum exposure
- ITIL (preferred)
- Knowledge of HP Services operational policies, processes, and methodologies
- Travel 0–25% depending on customer engagement requirements
