Project Manager (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations)

Lead client-side project management for build-to-lease procurement, overseeing the full development lifecycle from feasibility and scope definition through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover. Provide overall leadership and governance across MEP systems, utilities, workshops, and hangar services for aviation and turbine MRO facilities. Serve as the primary interface between client stakeholders, developers, consultants, contractors, and authorities while managing pre-contract commercial activities, tender evaluations, and post-contract administration including change control, payment certification, and claims. Maintain strong on-site presence to manage delivery risks, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and provide regular progress reporting on cost, schedule, risk, and quality. Proactively identify issues and implement mitigation strategies to ensure alignment with operational and regulatory expectations.
