Project Manager

Manage traffic signal and street lighting modification projects by working closely with municipalities and contractors. Review contracts, drawings, and specifications while maintaining cost controls, forecasts, and productivity tracking. Implement inspection requirements, manage non-conformances, and issue updates on progress, cost, schedule, and safety. Coordinate testing, commissioning, and claims resolution while liaising with clients and attending site meetings. Create project schedules, issue purchase orders, and support field personnel with safety deliverables. Conduct site visits and participate in regular staffing and progress meetings to ensure adherence to quality standards.
