Job Summary
Lead and support end-to-end integration of acquisitions, from assessment through execution and signoff, while coordinating with cross-functional teams, executives, plants, and suppliers. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers (using Asana) to ensure on-time delivery within defined scope. Monitor progress, identify dependencies, and escalate issues; drive process improvements and value creation. This role requires based-in Fort Mill, SC with travel to MPS/PGC sites as needed and the flexibility to work extended hours during critical integration periods. Strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, or consulting
- PMP and/or CCMP certification (or equivalent) is a plus
Desired Qualifications
- PMP or CCMP certification (preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions or corporate development
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana)
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and travel as needed
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
