Project manager (m/ž)

Coordinate all project phases including construction, renovation, and infrastructure works by managing project managers, supervisors, and contractors. Plan, track, and control budgets, schedules, and cost estimates while overseeing quality execution, technical documentation, and compliance with regulations. Manage permits, technical approvals, and communications with local authorities and industry partners. Regularly report to management on project progress, timelines, deviations, and potential risks. Analyze bids, verify calculations, and approve additional works as needed. Collaborate with regional and international partners and internal teams. Requires VŠS/VSS degree in construction or related technical fields, 3–5 years of project leadership experience, C1/C2 English proficiency, strong organizational and negotiation skills, project management software experience, and a Class B driver's license.
