Serve as the primary SPOC between clients and designers, developing creative concepts through scripting and copywriting. Lead clients from initial briefs through final explanatory video delivery while handling self-directed customer support. Work with international brands including Nike, Swatch, and Migros on diverse video storytelling assignments.
