Job Summary
Project Manager for People & Culture, International at Dr. Oetker with responsibilities including planning and implementing HR projects (engagement initiatives, learning programs, HR process improvements), coordinating activities across HR and business teams, preparing documentation and dashboards, and driving change communication and adoption. Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives are effectively rolled out, maintains trackers and dashboards, and contributes to continuous HR/process improvements. Requires a Master’s degree in a related field, several years of PM experience in People & Culture/HR, familiarity with Agile/Waterfall, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, and Asana; strong organizational and multilingual communication skills (English).
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (with HR focus), Organizational Psychology, Communication or comparable field
- Several years of project management experience in People & Culture/HR/organizational development
- Solid understanding of core HR processes such as talent management, learning and development, engagement and culture
- Familiar with project management principles (e.g. Agile or Waterfall)
- Experience with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Asana or comparable applications
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear and effective communication; ability to coordinate stakeholders across functions and levels
- Proactive mindset, collaboration skills, and understanding of change and transformation topics
- Fluency in English
