Job Summary
Lead high-value construction projects from start to finish by partnering with senior leadership to develop strategies and managing diverse portfolios. Coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee budgets ranging from €500K to €10M, and optimize costs through smart financial decisions. Guide complex schedules through all phases while ensuring quality, compliance, and technical excellence. Mentor junior project managers, lead contractor selection, and establish best practices to drive continuous improvement. This role requires 7-10 years of experience with a track record managing projects worth €2-5M or more. Located on-site in Kronberg im Taunus, DEU, Schwalbach, DEU, this position offers a full-time opportunity for an experienced professional to shape landmark real estate developments.
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years in project management
- 3+ years in senior roles
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or similar
- Track record managing projects worth €2-5M or more
- Fluency in English and German
- Location: On-site –Kronberg im Taunus, DEU, Schwalbach, DEU
Desired Qualifications
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification
- Experience working with C-level stakeholders
