Project Manager (m/f/d) – HVAC & Infrastructure

Job Summary
Lead and manage multiple HVAC and infrastructure projects from planning through execution and handover, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery. Oversee project budgets, schedules, risks, and documentation while reviewing proposals, cost estimates, scopes, and contractor performance. Manage change orders, negotiations, claims, and contract administration, conducting site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and sustainability requirements. Prepare project reports, governance materials, and facilitate client and stakeholder meetings in German and English. Support the transition of completed facilities into operations, including close-out documentation and warranties. Fluency in English and German required; Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field with 3+ years of project management experience in construction, industrial, or technical environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field
- 3+ years of project management experience in construction, industrial, or technical environments
- Good understanding of HVAC systems and infrastructure-related technical topics
- Familiarity with Swiss construction standards (e.g., SIA), regulatory frameworks, and procurement processes
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, reporting, and presentations
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- High integrity and commitment to ethical standards
- Fluency in English and German
