Job Summary
Leading the delivery of enterprise IT projects across multiple client engagements with a focus on coordinating project resources, maintaining timelines, and ensuring satisfaction. Responsibilities include overseeing project intake and kick-off, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, status reporting, and budget monitoring; providing vCIO assistance when required; managing project queues, billing accuracy, client onboarding, and continuous improvement of service processes. Required skills include strong communication, leadership, and collaboration across internal teams and clients, experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and relevant certifications (PMP/PRINCE2/ITIL). The role operates on a hybrid basis from Frisco, TX, with a Chicago location noted as part of the program.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of working in a Managed Services environment
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget
- Experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Certifications (Preferred): PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or similar certifications
- ITIL certification or equivalent
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with project management tools
